I even downloaded new content off of the Sims 3 store site a few days ago and everything worked fine in the launcher, but I still can't login. In the launcher it just keeps bringing the login screen back up, and in the main menu I just keeps telling me there's a problem with the email or password.Ĭlearly I'm logged in here, using the same email and password as I'm trying to login with there, and it still works perfectly fine. I've deleted all of the bin files that are suggested as well, including all of the files that are recommended to delete before starting to game for it to load faster. Internet Explorer has been disabled and removed so I can't go into it to clear browser history and cache, though I've done it in Edge, Google Chrome, and with Internet Options in Control Panel.Īgain, with no Internet Explorer, it can't be reset neither.
I have the game installed through Steam so I have no issues playing it, but I can't seem to login in no matter what I do in order to track progress to gain badges. Has the login been disabled to link the game to the Sims 3 site?
